Terms of Service
Last updated: June 1, 2026. These terms apply when you use the BiVisible website, submit forms, purchase audits, request promotions, or engage BiVisible for digital growth services.
Services
BiVisible provides digital growth services including audits, Google Business Profile support, website development, local SEO, WhatsApp automation, CRM setup, content support, promotions, account protection, and related advisory services. Specific deliverables are defined in the package, proposal, invoice, or written agreement for each client.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback, approved access to required accounts, brand materials, payment details, and any content or permissions needed to complete the work. Delays in providing these items may delay delivery.
Payments and subscriptions
Setup fees, monthly fees, audit fees, promotion fees, and add-on charges are payable according to the selected package or invoice. Some services may require payment before work begins. Ongoing subscriptions continue until cancelled according to the agreed notice period.
Audits, scans, and recommendations
Audit and scan results are based on available public data, submitted inputs, third-party APIs, search results, automated checks, and professional judgement. Recommendations are intended to guide improvement, but rankings, traffic, revenue, platform availability, or security outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Acceptable use
You must not use BiVisible tools or services for impersonation, spam, fraud, unlawful surveillance, harassment, credential theft, platform abuse, or any illegal activity. We may refuse or suspend service where misuse, fraud, or unsafe behavior is suspected.
Intellectual property
Client-provided materials remain the client's property. Work created by BiVisible is licensed or transferred according to the agreed package or invoice after required payments are completed. Third-party tools, fonts, plugins, templates, or platforms remain subject to their own licenses.
Limitation of liability
BiVisible aims to provide reliable work and practical support, but we are not liable for indirect losses, platform outages, third-party policy changes, search ranking changes, payment provider issues, client account misuse, or losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by the client.
Cancellations and changes
Ongoing services may be cancelled with the notice period in your package, proposal, or invoice. Completed setup work, one-off audits, generated reports, and third-party costs may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Governing terms
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, unless a written agreement with a client states otherwise. If any part of these terms is found invalid, the remaining terms continue to apply.
